What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or “Tapping” is a powerful healing technique that combines the ancient Chinese art of acupressure with modern psychology. During EFT, one gently taps on a series of traditional acupressure points while holding a strong emotional focus. This combination of mental focus and meridian point stimulation balances the energy system, which allows the body and mind to resume their natural healing abilities – which then results in the relief of psychological stress and physical pain.
The results achieved through EFT are often unbelievable, even miraculous. Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, has made this beautiful introductory video, which I’d like to share with you here.
How does EFT Work?

How do I get started?
It is hard to picture EFT without seeing it done, so I have provided an introductory demonstration video. You may also wish to print out a written protocol (basic recipe) as well as a diagram of the tapping points, so you don’t need to take notes.
In the video below, I talk about how EFT is able to communicate with the ancient, non-verbal part of the brain that controls stress and old emotional memories, to achieve such profound and long-lasting changes.
You now have a glimpse of what EFT looks like and how it works, but to achieve deep, long lasting results, it is best to start with a certified practitioner.
